Enjoy the forum... there are many people on different diets or eating plans, but I think you will find that the water diet has been widely reported on as needing to be done in highly supervised environment and can lead to health issues along with the weight lost regained.. Always do as much research as you can and don't be fooled by quick fixes.. The NHS is trusted and is proving weekly that it works and teaches us what and how much to eat for life..

Welcome to this forum Dagg . Considering your age, it would not be advisable to follow restrictive diets that will only give you short term results that are not sustainable to the long-term.
Take time and read the NHS 12weeks programme and try and incorporate it into your lifestyle. Aim to eat healthy, nourishment and satiating meals at all mealtimes, this will help to keep you full longer and therefore control cravings. If possible, plan and prep your meals in advance to ensure you always got something healthy to fall back to whenever hungry.
Be active too and enjoy the journey!
