My hubbie has a spoonful of physllium husk - you can buy it online. It's a totally natural product, but works for him every time!
I know that one thing I had to change was how much I ate out..... I just don't have enough calories in my allowance to eat out each week.... I have learned not to plan each trip out of the house to include food. Once upon a time, I'd have included lunch with a trip into town, coffee and cake with a visit to the garden centre.
I now plan or even prepare a meal BEFORE I go out (usually a salad) so that I know exactly what I can eat as soon as I walk into the door... and don't turn to "what I fancy" (usually high calorie carbs that don't keep you full for very long...)
Sounds like me and eating out!! Shopping = food!
You'll be fine! If you don't like what you see on the scales, use this stepback as a motivation to keep on going to reach your goal.
I have a number 1 tip I like sharing with people: buy something you really like in your desired size, and that will/should/hopefully motivate you to keep going strong.

I have constipation from medication so usually only go once a week monitored by the hospital but not been yet this week! Supposed to be joining friends for supper tonight but not sure if I can face it. Think will just have to put this week behind me and crack on. Xmas party season soon and more food out!!! 😂
I have done the same. It happens. Start over and dont let this ruin your momentum.

I am learning to weighing in no matter what. It was the hardest thing I had to learn. But I am doing it. Then you start new that day and begin a new with your next meal be a healthy one. Take from a expert do not dwell on the last week of what you should have done. You will drive yourself crazy and it not be worth it. So make a fresh start now!!!!!. You can do this.
