Hi, so I have had some really interesting and informative replies, I have found that the symptoms can vary quite a bit and some of the triggers are different, I found out that pulses can be a problem, and also that celery helps!
I haven't started to compile a list of triggers and things that help but I am considering it if it might help
any things people can think of would be useful
Thanks to all that I have spoken to, a very friendly and supportive forum.

Hi Tomas thanks for the replies, I have been attack free for some months now and am in the process of building up a portfolio to manage both my Health and fitness going forward, I will keep posting as I gather anything that may be useful to other community members.
I am seriously considering taking up Yin Yoga as I have found a great community on here called "Whollyaligned" really helpful and informative.
