Well l slipped up jn June this year after 4 months being good under work stress (the excuse) and im a comfort eater first thing i always turn too! i am trying to get my head sorted now things are calming down a bit and we know were we are now going work wise (Education schools Ofsted need i say anymore). so i am focusing on me more and getting back on the wagon phasing sugar out this week ready to climb back on Monday

We have all done it so try not ot be too hard on yourself and I know first hand what it like dealing with Ofsted so I understand where your coming from. Why not do a restart from today. I will send you our newbie welcome so you are up to date with any changes on the forum. :)

Phasing out sugar, rather than cutting it dead seems a sensible option.

The horses have been fed and watered so welcome back onto the wagon.
