Had a cheaky weigh before my holiday and ive only gone and reached my goal that i set 11.7 .im over the moon.i booked the holiday for my hubby 50th and im now 3 stone lighter.im so happy.thanks for your support. Im not dieting on hols but will be carefully .already done over 10000 steps finding the beach and bars.thanks again.
