Hi I need to lose about 25kg to be health. I have knee problems hip basites and sore feet all of which will be much better if I lose some weight. I know what to do just find it hard to do.

Concentrate on the food side of weight loss if your feet, hips and knees won't allow you to do any walking type exercise. Once your weight drops a bit you may be able to start doing small amounts of walking.
Try looking for upper body exercises on youtube in the meantime
