Hi everyone, hope you all have a great day. It's day 3 for me and I'm going to do my exercise dvd for the second time, 1420 cals yesterday so staying on track.

Hi Julie, can I just warn you not to go too low with your calories, as you will be setting yourself up for problems in the future.

The NHS BMI calculator gave you a range of 1500 - 1950 and at this stage of the game, I would advise starting at about 1800 cals.

Your body is very clever and will thwart all attempt to starve it and will learn to run on less, so unless you'll be happy to maintain your goal on 1,000 cals, for the rest of your life, I suggest you read this and up your cals :)

Will give that a try, didn't go purposely low yesterday had my 3 meals and a snack quite a big evening meal and didn't feel hungry. I am aiming for around 1600, will certainly bear it in mind not to go to low.

If you increase your natural fats, you'll easily increase your calories, without increasing bulk :)
