I’ve made it to day 3 🙂 feeling very positive about this plan, I’ve not cheated once, I’m surprised at how easy I’m able to stay with in my kcal allowance and still eat the things I really want.
I’m currently 17stone 7lbs want to lose 2lb a week.

If it's done right it is easy. Keep up the good work. Just wait until you start losing. It's so exciting!!

Wow! that is wonderful! the plan is easy if you stick to it. I am a good cheater tho. I have cheated my way up 14 pounds. wow. anyway, you can do this! my problem was the first time I cheated, I felt so low and worthless that I continued to cheat instead of forgiving myself and getting back on the plan. if you do cheat, remember to forgive yourself and get back on the plan! Congratulations for having made it this far and know that forgiving yourself for anything is always the hardest part of anything you do. Chin up! you are doing GREAT!
