Hi all I use the Lose It phone app and its got me on 1365 calories a day now which I'm finding very hard to keep, what number of calories do you all aim for a day please?

I'm now near the end, fairly small and inactive. Can't go lower so it's slow progress. 😉

Looks like I'll only need 1500 C a day to maintain so 1395 sounds reasonable to me.

I use lose it too, it says I should have 1300 as well but the NHS site suggested 1500 to 1950, so I'm going for 1500 instead and will send how that goes, have a look on NHS bmi checker it will give you a range.

I,m on 1400 caleries

A day but find it so hard to stick too,have only been doing it for 14 days .and have lost just 3lbs .wonder if it's worth it ,but 3lb loss is better than putting it on .

Hi Audrey, am finding night time hunger quite bad, can do better during the day when busy but when I sit down my stomach seems to want more food, 3lb is definitely better than going up but it just seems very hard to do, need to get motivated again somehow x
