My range currently is 1463 - 1881 - so I aim for 1600 and then I have room to move down as my range moves down too
Yes did the calculator and it does give a nice variance of calories to aim for when you are managing well and when you have to have just a little bit more in a day, that is doable I think.

Its quite a variance depending on where you look but I think as long as you are under the maintaining calories of 2000 for a women per day you will lose weight, weekdays seem easier but weekends are hard as I'm really finding out today, right now I really want a big sandwich but I've had my calories for the day so am trying to resist!
