As I am new on this part of healthunlocked where do I find the diet as people keep referring to the plan but I don’t know where to find it. I want to start after the weekend as I need to go shopping to get food in and can’t do it until I have help to go. So wanted to make sure I can make some sort of meal plan to do a shopping list.
