On track calorie wise today (under par in fact!), and had a ham roll with home made soup with 8, yes EIGHT veg! Threw a chicken carcass for stock and flavour and added a couple of chicken drumsticks and a rasher of bacon in as well.
You can't get much healthier than that. I'll make sure I go to bed at a decent hour before I get the munchies!
