You have reminded us of why it is important to persevere and and that one bad meal/day/week does not mean we are destined to fail, we just need to re-focus and build our resilience and determination.

Dear Jack
What a wonderful achievement. I bet you feel so much better and healthier. Congratulations
Hi Jack,
This is fantastic, and you've shared some great advice.
Can I ask your starting weight?
Rob
Hello, of course you can! I weighed 17st11lbs I now weigh 12st7lbs but that generally differs, some days it’s even 12st9lbs, this doesn’t mean you’re going off track, a single pound of weight often creeps in sometimes up to 3 or even 4lbs can show up out of nowhere, just be sure to be drinking 2 litres of water, eating healthy and moving around.. I can assure you this extra weight will be off in a week! You may even surprise yourself and burn extra too! Always a bonus, good luck!
Very well done Jack99, it's inspirational stories like these that makes us carry on
