I want to lose weight I have a few medical problems what is the best way to lose the weight.

How much weight did you want to lose? I also have medical problems, so can't exercise or even go for a walk.

There are lots of things to get yourself involved in here eg The Daily Diary, where you log your menu each day and.how many calories everything contains. There is also a weekly weigh in, just pick a day that you would like to weigh in on, and keep the same day every week.
