Hi 👋 and welcome mossa 😊 have you tried calorie counting before? Sometimes it helps as you can still have a little bit of what you love ❤️ alongside more filling options like meat, dairy, vegetables etc
Also fruit can be a good alternative at times. For example for breakfast I quiet enjoy full fat natural yoghurt with blueberries, raspberries and a small handful of mixed plain nuts, very filling and a bit sweet, I suppose you could drizzle a little bit of honey to make it a touch sweeter if you prefer ☺️ it does keep me feeling full for the rest of the morning most days now. As well as this I find that if I chop up an apple before eating it I enjoy it more, not sure why 🤔 but it makes it feel a bit more of a snack rather than a chore as it would have done in the past.
