Well I got to week 5 on the NHS plan and have started again with week 5 about 3 times but the last week I haven't tracked anything and not weighed myself either- I don't really know what happened other than being busy and not having enough time to plan. I don't know if anyone else finds this but if I get over tired it really lowers my mood and then I find everything else a struggle. Then when I feel better I don't necessarily get back on the tracking straight away.
So.. start of October and have to renew my efforts- going to eat better this weekend, track my food again, plan for next week and weigh myself on Monday!

Yep sleep can really hamper our moods
Hope you are back on the wagon and ready to roll I find posting in the DD helps me to stay on track (mind you not this week as I am covering for someone at work and therefore not been too good either )
Get some super healthy ready meals in for times like these. I've taken a new approach to my shopping this week. I usually scatch cook everything but for an easier week I bought some reading made items. As long as they are balanced meals it's OK. Sometimes a break from cooking is welcome.
That's not a bad idea as I tend to beat myself up if I don't cook from scratch but then end up snacking a lot- have you got some tasty ready meals you recommend ?
Good for you for getting on track again. I know it's hard but you can do it.
