So I got on the scales this morning........I weigh 13st 5.5lbs. I need to get shifting weight. Any meal plans or tips will be most helpful. I am making an effort from today. I have had 2 wheatabix and have a chicked salad ready for lunch.

Sounds like your eating healthy. I like soups at the moment keep you full for longer.

I'm with Honey10 on the soups: they do seem to fill me up better. And they're quite easy to make as you can also use frozen veg if you don't have time for all the faffing of preparing them. Which, let's be honest, is most of us nowadays.
