Hi there, I've signed up today in the hope that after years of failed yo yo dieting, this programme will help me to lose weight and develop healthier eating habits. Any tips for beginners? x

Thank you for responding so quickly. I have a quick question to begin with if that's ok - I see that the plan says that women should aim for 1400 calories a day but when I work it out based on my own weight it says around 1600 per day. Is it best to go for the lower or the higher recommendation do you think?

The plan does mention a women's average of 1400 but the NHS BMI calculator will give you a lower and upper range that you should aim for to obtain weight loss.

I think that's the problem I've always had with losing weight in the past. I go from one extreme to the other whereby I'm either binge eating or not eating nearly enough. I need to learn to break those habits and accept that it's ok to eat when I'm hungry but it's also ok to feel hunger without panicking and reaching for cake. :)
