Hello chutti youve only just started so there could be several reasons. Have you counted calories accurately?, if female is it your time of the month , have you recently started exercising more, have you eaten salty foods (all these cause water retention) Did you weigh yourself at the same time of day on the same scales in the same place with similar clothes to before? it's frustrating when a little weight comes back but there are many reasons for weight fluctuations which are normal body functions not fat gain.
One of the admins will be along in a bit to direct you to all the newbie information.
If you consistently stick to a sensible calorie deficit you will lose some weight but it can take time and doesn't always come off smoothly. Good luck 😀
Hi and welcome chutti mmm are you calorie counting? Could it be portion distortion? Have a read of the Newbie club that I would like to invite you to as it is a good place to start and great info in there which may help answer your questions
I would like to invite you to join our Newbie Club, which we hope will be a good place for you to connect with members, who are also just starting out, or re-starting.
If you just post a few words on the September Newbie Club thread to introduce yourself and respond to others there you will soon feel part of the club.
