I looked back to your previous post and I saw that you said that your job is now quite sedentary - especially coming from a physically active job and I'm guessing that you feel that makes quite a difference.

Are there any ways that you could move more during your day with your current schedual?

I think you mentioned meal prep/food life balance was difficult too...

What do you feel you need most help with?

Or, what do you think would help you most to lose weight?
