Massive portion of this for tea tonight - 150kcal! Sooooo good! Served with a dollop of soured cream (40kcal) and either 80g (uncooked weight) rice or 50g tortilla chips (both about 250kcal) Yum!!!

Where it says Morningstar burger crumbles, it’s basically just a bag of veggie mince, like quorn. I tend to just buy shops own brand. And I don’t add the jalapeños because my hubby doesn’t like heat and I never use the exact type of beans - just whatever tins I happen to have! It’s sooooo good...
