Skipping

So I took the advice of Mr Niceguy and purchased a skipping rope with a difference a cordless one. I'm less likely to fall over with this one, it gets the heart rate pumping so I guess it's doing it's job. I will let you know how it goes. My first night tomorrow night at Weight Loss NHS Class, looking forward to it.

If you have joint issues you could use these on a mini jogger trampoline :)

Check out the workouts on YouTube just as intense as normal skipping but less chance of falling over the rope lol

Bless you! You've given me an idea for one thing to put in my son's Christmas stocking. I have to think of things that don't weigh too much because of baggage restrictions when flying. He runs so this would give Him something else for times he can't get to the gym etc.🤗

Wow... these look a bit safer! They invent something new every day! Good luck with the weigh in!

Different they may be, so long as their use enables exercising heart rate to increase, burning calories and improving cardiovascular fitness in the process, that's what remains important.

Exactly, the process is still the same as a normal skipping rope to enable the heart rate increase, to burn calories etc etc loving them already!
