Can i down load the 12 week plan and start again ? bad month in August with health issues, worrying time all ok now, time to re-focus and up the game.

Every day is a new start! And September is a great month to start things up again - I always find autumn a good time for new plans. Summer is over, kids/students back at school, the season is changing. A good time to change with it. And it's 100 days to Christmas; if you start now, you will see some results by then! Good luck.
