Are you doing the nhs 12 week plan and have you calculated how many calories you can have?

Planning your daily food intake and doing your best to stick to it (even if you stumble a bit) really helps you to take control of the reins. Take a critical look at the types of food you are eating and see if you can swap some poor choices for healthier ones.

Keep trying. You can definitely do this!

Have a look at the newbies post on the right hand side of this page. Also download the free myfitnesspal ap as that will count all your calories for you.

The nhs plan is very good and it really works if you stick to it!

Google 'nhs calorie counter' and that will also bring up the page for you to check your BMI and how many calories you should be eating to lose weight.

Once you have all that you are off and ready to fly! It works!!!!

I've down loaded the couch to 5k, will check out the fitness app now, I have found the bmi calorie counter, didn't realise I had so far to go, need to dig out my positive pants 🤓

The 12 week plan is different to the couch 25k. Both are great...

Myfitnesspal enables you to enter all your food, exercise and water. Be really truthful, even if you are embarrassed to enter some food it really doesn't matter as it helps you to become more conscious of your choices.

We have a regular weigh in on Mondays so join that too as it gives you an incentive to try and beat your previous weight loss each week.

You will start to feel fitter, healthier and good about your self soon, I promise!

It's the disliking myself so much that is so hard to work at, i'll get there.

Thankyou 🤓

Yes, it is hard - but you are already starting to do something about it, which is fabulous!!!!

Time to start loving yourself by giving your body what it needs to be healthy.

In the meantime, treat yourself in other healthy ways to show yourself that you mean business (hair cut, new item of clothing, good book to read, cultural excursion or go for a walk) and through your actions demonstrate that you are going to take yourself on, and make changes, as a full time project.

Todays, affirmation: I act with total confidence, I love and respect myself and others.

Have a fab day! x
