Thanks matets . I'm starting by going for bimble on my electric bike this morning. The ebike gives me power assist which gets me up any hills. Lol

Hi Papparay

I am about your age and also suffer from hypertension. Are used to take for tablets but since losing weight and making sure I walk 10,000 steps today I've been able to reduce my medication. I don't think I will ever have normal blood pressure but at least I know longer have to take so much medication. I can't recommend walking enough as a way of reducing blood pressure best wishes

Thanks for you advice. I've already started my health exercise. I went on nice 13 mile bike ride yesterday.

Regards

Ray
