Not been an easy day. Once gain over the daily allowance, but less than yesterday. I'll keep fighting for my goal!

Thanks! Happy to report I had 1466 kcal today, more or less on target. I do plan my meals, but not been been very good at sticking to my plan since I came back to weight loss plan, guess it takes time to my discipline back, and I'm trying different things to find low calories food I enjoy. I'm a bit of foodie, so it has to be something I find tasty to be able to sustain and keep going!

Keep going and you will get there. I agree with Cracker, planning is really important and the daily diary could really help you. Good luck with it. James

How about using My Fitness Pal to track your calories? It also tells you percentage of carbs/fats/protein.

Daily Diary is great for tips on healthy menus and recipes for satisfying meals.
