Hi I'm back here after a bit of a weight gain and your post has given me motivation so thank you xx I got into the habit of going into the shop on my way home from work and buying chocolate and taking cake at the weekend for after swimming and it has to stop!! I eat really well normally and haven't eaten junk in ages so I'm now focusing on healthy eating again 🤪 good luck with your week and hopefully you will remember your lunch !
Well done for getting out swimming and also for recognising those difficult times. These could be because of habit but it also sounds as if both of those times could be moments when your body is low on energy.
A couple of suggestions might be to eat more for your lunch so you're not feeling so hungry on the way home and/or to have something more natural to hand that you can nibble/snack on (maybe cheese or some nuts)
Hi journal girl, I'm so glad it helped to motivate you. And also some great advice from Tiggerr! Good luck with your journey, there will be loads of highs and lows, but remember to keep going no matter what. If you fall, just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and continue your journey. It's been a hard fight sometimes and if you feel like giving in, read some of my blog posts and hopefully this will help you to realise that we all fail, it's learning from those failures that is key and keeping on the path to a healthier lifestyle regardless.
