Suffering from thoracic outlet syndrome

Hi peeps,

I'm 32, I have thoracic outlet syndrome and compressed disk in my lower back. I gained a 100lbs from all the procedure and surgerys I've gone through along with depression and lack of movement from chronic pain. I've lost 30lbs since I stopped taking all the meds they had me on still have a long way to go. I'm a vegetarian and have a healthy diet but still struggling with weight loss
