Though this is excellent news, oh the weight!! He has lost a lot more than I have gained. I've gained 2lb. I've tried to give myself a talking to but I'm not listening. I have called it emotional eating and I know it is and it's early days yet but my head has gone completely awol and I just can't stop eating.
Hopefully I'll have a good nights sleep and start again tomorrow.
It's good to see you lovely people are still making everyone laugh. 😀

You just cut yourself some slack Cockneyblue! It's marvellous news that your hubby is home and 2lb is a tiny amount! Just enjoy having him home and well and get back on the wagon when you're feeling more settled
Whilst you are feeling a little anxious, why not up your calories to a maintenance level for a few days; you can then allow your eating to increase, but still be under control? Hope you feel back to normal after a good night's rest.
Think you need to be kind to yourself and focus on getting everything back to normal 😊 Glad he's home, fingers crossed for a speedy recovery 😊 Best wishes
Oh that's lovely to hear. Now that he is home you can look after each other. Take it steady for now. You can be sensible about food without being stressed out about the scales. Mostly cherish each other and relax as you both recover from this traumatic time. Hugs.
