Well first week down and even though I ate the Jaffa cakes that spoke to me and made me eat them knowing I had zero will

Power, that original horrid number of 13st staring at me has changed to 12.12. So I'm 2llb lighter and I'm thinking that next week can only be better (or here's hoping)

I know what you mean about those devious jaffa cakes..we're at about the same place. I'm running and doing Cambridge ANC signed IP to 10k run. Will follow your progress.
