Hi guys, I've decided to try the NHS 12 week plan. After having depression and being a single mum, it gets difficult, after putting on 2 stone, I've decided today, I'm going to do this, I'm feeling positive and want to do something for myself and be able to exercise and have fun with my little man. I may need some support from you lovely people from time to time, but I'm determined. Let's hope I succeed. Thanks guys
Xx

With that can do attitude I have no doubt you will succeed and you will find moving about so much easier when you lose a bit of weight. Your little boy won't be able to keep up with you
Well done for taking the bull by the horns and thinking of the future and your son
I'd like to invite you to join our Newbie Club, which we hope will be a good place for you to connect with members, who are also just starting out. If you just post a few words to introduce yourself and repond to others there, you'll soon break the ice. Here's the link
Great positive attitude. Fantastic starting point, and good luck with this. I'm also pretty new to this, but have found that my eating and exercise routines are beginning to become habit, and of course. there's the buzz when you step onto the scales to find youv'e lost
