Me v food!

I'm sad to say I think the temptation of a bar of Cadbury chocolate and a bag of jelly babies might have messed up my week. I'm not good at saying no and so the battle continues.

Don't worry, I had a battle with a 6 packet of Club orange flavoured biscuits, I couldn't get the wrapper off. :-) , no seriously I had three at 116 cals each :-(

It sounds similar to something I'd do!

We've all had those days Hun..... I had a two finger kit Kat and a small glass of coke this morning.......ain't bad for someone that would guzzle down 1.5 litre bottle and bags of crisps and other junk. You'll be fine .... just keep with it.

We all have those battles Kimbell3 and what's more, we've picked ourselves up, and carried on losing weight.

New thinking and habits don't happen overnight. You did what you did. Put it behind you. Think if there was anything you could have done differently to prevent the temptation maybe. Just carry on trying to do more things right, and in time it will become easier to resist. :)

I have to say, I would have struggled to say no too as you've just listed my two biggest temptations - I once gave up eating chocolate for about a year but didn't lose any weight during that time as I started eating jelly babies instead!

Some days are easier than others, don't get discouraged by a rough day, make tomorrow a better one 🙂👍

Like Anna61 said put it behind you and move forward. If you don't you will drive yourself crazy with wrongful thoughts. I know to well on that one. just stop before you graze the cupboards. The next meal you eat make a healthy one. That will bring you out that fog of unhealthy detour. Many Blessings!!!!

You've come on here so that's a great stel.

Put it behind you now and have a glass of water and get outside in the fresh air today.

Good for you for not letting a blip turn into a disaster.
