I agree. I eat loads of food and mostly lose weight unless temptation strikes!

I agree with IndigoBlue61 about taking a look at the Daily Diary and sharing your meals on there. There are loads of people sharing their ideas about meals on there. Great for checking that you are eating enough, and looking at other people's meal ideas.

Yeah, you need to eat a lot more don't be afraid, alot of healthy food will make you lose and not feel starved. Do it the right way and it will work.
