Starting a fresh with my exercise regime

Hi guys my name is Miriam.

I completed my first weekly 5K run yesterday trying to build up to the upcoming 10K I'm taking part in September! I only stopped and walked a few times but I'm proud of how well me and my sister did. We took 40 minutes to finish the run so hopefully next time we'll smash it in 30 minutes!! I completed my couch to 10K this morning so my exercise regime is getting a lot better!! :)
