Not a world record, but a record for me. I ran a sub 1 hour 10k yesterday. Did a 3K fun run with my Kids for their School today and did two 7K runs during the week. 27K ran this week. And 1.5 lbs off the scales.
144 minutes of vigorous exercise.

Thank you. But my biggest achievement this week was losing 1.5 lbs in weight. I’m getting so much fitter because of so much hard work and the closer I get to goal the harder it is to lose weight. It’s a double edged sword. But I won’t give up and I will get there.
Go for it! Thanks so much for talking to me. Don't give up it is a very slow process. I have been loosing and gaining constantly. My issue was that I always lost so quickly but I gained very fast and now I have tons to loose 3 stones. i was never 14.13 and now I just have to learn that I am only loosing a lb a week but at least it is going down. the main thing is that I find chocolates too sweet i prefer fruits and veggie and I love running, being more active!
Yes your own space, find a good podcast and go out and try it. The C25K plan is very good. I’m running 2 years now and really only properly enjoying it this year.
I do the C25km it is great, if only I will do what I meant to and not over do it like now I am stuck as my leg refuses to cooperate. I must keep using the ointment so than I can get back to my runs. You are ll making me jealous. Especially now the blue sky.
