Is it okay to move to another weigh in day?
I've decided I don't like doing it on a Monday. I never go mad on a weekend but I have a treat Friday and Saturday. I find this makes me a little nervous for weigh in on a Monday and I end up eating hardly anything on a Sunday, which is not the right thing to do.
I want to move to Thursday is that's okay? I used to do Thursday at weight watchers and found it worked really well
