Well, managed to stay active indoors yesterday. The idea of 250 steps was easy to achieve, even in a bedsit, thank you !.
Today, am early to GP in town, necessitates cab for I am slow to get going (arthritis), but aim to walk home (uphill).
Have you noticed that English Plums are in season & early this year ? Wonderful, little gems. A trip to the market an added incentive today. Grab them while you can, limited season.

Glad you liked the 250 steps an hour and obviously managed it
Wishing you all the best at the GP appointment and enjoy your stroll back home
Can't say I have noticed the English plums yet - will keep my eyes out for them
Well done Berylsmum for keeping active whilst indoors plus your planning for getting exercise in whilst visiting the doctors.
It's true about the plums being early. I had some off one of our trees yesterday and my other half picked a greengage last week. I've been picking blackberries on the morning dog walk for a week now, to go with my porridge
Our plum tree is only young and had no plums this year, but we do have the great number of 14 damsons on another tree! We will hopefully have lots in the future. Luckily we know of a large supply of wild damson trees in our village, which we and all the local jam makers will be descending upon soon.
The blackberries have been ripening much earlier this year and taste amazing!
