I'm afraid Wix is playing up today, so no blog. Today I have completed my 17,000 steps and I have also completed my exercise video. Unfortunately my muscles ache...especially the ones in my bottom! Weird. But I am trying to eat less carbs, and I am succeeding and more good fats and proteins. I am not cutting out carbs because I like bread but a little less won't do any harm. My midweek break tomorrow, so 3-400 more calories but more resistance in my exercises too. Oh, and a 5 mile walk. Hope you're all having a great day. Stay strong and stay safe.

Good man eating bread isn't the end of the world ! Two slices of whole meal for a butty or beans on toast don't worry about it chill 😂😂 Just don't eat the loaf Sean.. You've done loads of exercise well done. Tomorrow is another day. Today I did my bike ride then rolling underneath a caravan greasing and oiling for a forthcoming expedition. I've eaten half a cow with salad two bacardis and red wine life is good. No bread though 👍

Glad you liked it. Back on it today though. Big bike ride Then shopping theN bank and haircut so didn’t eat till about two this afternoon just water. I thought of you as I felt hunger pains about one oclock.,Oats and seeds soaked in almond milk for breakfast. Two Cumberland sausage courgettes and a tomato for tea possibly strawberries and yoghurt for dessert. No booze for a while now. Had a good ride this morning really pushed it 👍🏽 Keep going Sean onwards and thinwards !
I guess the muscle pain does show how much you ate using the muscles 💪 Still being impressed by the number of steps you do each day 😊
