I've just seen a post recommending "sod sitting, get moving" and after a quick look I've gone and ordered it .... looks great fun and encouraging (hoping it has some ideas to keep the motivation going)

It's really good and a great book to have - aimed at 60s, 70s and upwards age group with exercises suitable for that age group. All my other books are for energetic 20 somethings so totally unsuitable!
