interesting weekend here, torrential rain, two birthday parties and migraine from hell, oh well game of thrones is on tonight. My weight is 15.9 all week it has been up and down between .7 and .13. Have done a long walk with dogs every day, attempted tai chi(need to get ankle support for that). Berry picking today with grandson, mmm raspberries. Ttfn
