I've been following this forum for about a year, but I've decided to finally say hello.

I'm Hanna. F28, and currently 26 stone 3. I have lost some, at my heaviest in April 2015 I was 29 stone 4, but this year has been awful health wise, and I can't seem to get going again. I'm hoping you guys will be the kick in the seat of the pants I need, since I know I do much better with support.

A quick question - I saw someone had done some magic with Excel and made a weight tracker. I downloaded it, but now I can't find it again. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Cheers.

Hi, welcome! I can't help you with the weight tracker in excel but I use apps which do it. My Fitbit one is good plus I use one called weight diary. I used to use one called my diet coach but it only weighs in lbs not stone and lbs so I gave up on it. I'm glad you are now talking on the forum. Good luck with your weight loss. I started at 23 and now I have lost more than stone everything is easier. Last year I was a size 22/24. Today I can always fit in a 18 and in some shops like Evans I am in a 16 for some things which shows how clothes vary. It's amazing how much better clothes look and feel.
