Wow 7 stones that is fab did you count calories? I'd love to lose 5 stone seems a hard task but seeing someone like you will inspire me & many others I'm sure. Congrats on your fab achievement 🏅🏆
Hi Michelle, congrats, you must be so pleased, your'e living the dream, I'm making the changes necessary, re food intake, and its great to read your post of your personal year's success in shifting the 'stuff' (fat), without extreme diet or exercise. Many thanks
Wow! Wow! Wow! I mean ... just ... WOW!
Fantastic - well done you look fab
I am at the beginning of my new healthy eating lifestyle and to read that you have lost 7 stone by eating sensibly and not having to go bonkers at the gym every waking moment is truly inspiring Michellewast . I have a very large amount of weight to lose and I am trying to increase my activity levels and eat healthier. Your post shows it can be done. Well done you.
I tried slimming world, weight watchers the Cambridge diet nothing worked I was 19.2 when I started and the first 5 Stone fell off quickly, I'm still trying for 1 more stone xx good luck if I can do it so can you xx
I have tried Slimming Word and Weight Watchers in the past but they didn't really work for me. Some years ago I had to lose weight prior to surgery and was told I had to lose weight and lower my blood pressure or they wouldn't do the surgery. I found eating more healthy and increasing my activity worked and I lost around 6 stone. Unfortunately after I had recovered from the surgery I lost my motivation and gradually regained the weight plus shed loads more! The incentive I have now is that I am 58 and don't want to die before I am 60! Enjoying life is difficult when you are around 20 stone with high blood pressure and borderline diabetic.
Reading your post and seeing your great transformation Michellewast is a massive incentive. It can be done !
How fantastic, amazing, well done. Inspirational.
Wow fantastic weight loss. You should be so proud of yourself. You look so fit and well congratulations
wow.. well done!!!
One week in for me and I am so glad I saw this post. Thanks for sharing, I have 7 stone to lose and am trying to do it without the knowledge of anyone, just to prove it to me that I can. I have lost 6lb my first week so am happy, as I know I haven't dieted, just cut down and not started exercising yet. Well done to you....you are beautiful in both pictures but for health reasons the second stands out. Goodluck with the last stone x
Wow that's amazing I lost about 3 and a half stone last year by eating a high protein diet and cutting out bread and potatoes. I still have about another 2 stone to loose. My BMI is now 25.5 but I want it to be about 22.
Well done!
I've lost large amounts of weight in the past, but gradually put it back on over the past few years.
Having now stopped drinking 3-5 bottles of Stella Lager a DAY! I have one more week to go to my first 'clean' month, at which point I'm going to start losing 1-2 lbs per week for 52 weeks - more if I get the 'bug' - and hopefully, there'll be a lot less of me to go around this time next year.
Once again, many congratulations - you look a lot better for the weight loss. xxx
