I'm actually really surprised at how much my eating patterns have begun to change, as well as my tastebuds. I think one of my biggest excuses for not losing weight was being scared of having to eat 'boring' food for the rest of my life but I was so wrong.
Lunch was chicken wrapped in parma ham with roasted mushrooms, tomatoes and a bit of cheese and dinner was green thai curry with prawns and broccoli instead of rice. Breakfast for tomorrow is overnight oats with pecans, raspberries and chopped up bananas! It's a hard life
