Its been a crazy we had a school trip and this is the 1st chance i got but im unable to reply on post

Is there a cut off time?

Yes, so Admin can get off at a reasonable time, all daily threads including the weigh in are closed at 10pm

10pm is the cut off time, mannikaur, just post your weight next Monday, stating that your loss is for a fortnight

Would be good, i would have definately posted earlier before my walk if i had known.

Well i had huge scale problems i posted earlier in the week...

can i share with you? had my first PT on thursday and back into the swing of gym, 6/7 10,000 steps and now 77kg ... was 78kg last few weeks. decided to use the same scales...

needed to share even it its with 2 people.
