So i lost like 3 stone healthily then had issues even eating because i just felt fat all the time and now I've developed a binge eating problem and i have no idea how to stop this food is literally driving me crazy any advice

Welcome to the weight loss forum.

Try planning your days meals to stop you over eating and it will help break the habit of bringe eating. Use the Daily Diary to record your meals and to make you more accountable on what your eating.

Take a look at the Welcome Newbie post in the Pinned post section at the right hand side or at the bottom if your on a mobile. Have a look at the nhs 12 week plan, many members have had success following this plan. Use the BMI checker to work out your daily calorie allowance.

Have a look at the Daily Diary which you can find on the Home page in Events. It is where all the members are sharing their daily plans on what they are eating and any exercise they are doing. This thread will give you some ideas on how to start.

Below the Pinned posts are the Topics where members share a range of weight related subjects.

Take your measurements at the start together with a photo so you can see the changes on the days the scales don't move.

We have daily weigh ins so why not come along and join us today. You can find the weigh ins on the Home page in the Events section on the right. Just click on the post in Events and record your start weight and any loss/gain or maintain for the week.

To get the most of the forum be active, share tips, recipes and experiences. Read some of the posts they are very motivating.

I feel like this too, I feel out of control at times. Like I cannot be stopped, even if I try myself!! I will have all intentions of changing my habits and eating healthily. Then the following day I go back to binge eating!!

The thing that's really kicked me out it this time is a new nurse has started at work and it's only the two of us and I feel like crap beside her. Like utter crap! she's so thin, toned, tanned, beautiful hair etc and I feel like shrek beside her!

I'm not doing this to compete with her I'm doing this because i want to be just like her! I was to be admired. But she's worked hard for her body and it's what I intend to do.

Find a motivator. Find a goal, perhaps an event? focus on that, take it one day at a time, small baby steps and don't make a huge target at the start as it'll feel too out of reach! Good luck x
