Twisted ankle 😢

So this has just happened in my gym class. Gutted. Doing the old Rest ice elevation but might need to resort to armchair yoga for the next few days!! Tempted to dive into the medicine my OH has just brought home!

Oh no that's not good. Take it easy for a few days and just because it say "Bone" on that Gin bottle doesn't mean it helps your ankle get better! lol Hope it feels better soon, Cheers!!

Oh Poor you. Hope not too painful. I think some medicine is definitely needed.

which medicine are you talkign about- the gin or the tablets??

Oh no! I hate twisted ankles they make me feel ill - only because I have done mine so often. Falling off hockey balls seemed to be a favourite pastime once!

I think the medication should help, then you can ice from the inside as well as the outside!

Hopefully, the pain and discomfort currently experienced will subside soon enough, allowing you to return to exercising. Good to see that RICE was the first thing on your mind upon returning home, since it would appear that you were still sporting workout gear when taking the pic.

As for alternative medicine.......
