Started real well, lost another couple of pounds first few days of the week, was so close to breaking out of the 300's, then disaster, well, maybe exaggerating a little bit! The last 4 days I've been flat out like a lizard drinking, missed lunch 3 days in a row just down to what was happening at work, ended up too much hungry at the end of the day and blowing out on dinner. Lost my lovely gain and went back up to where I was at the start of the week.
Normally I've got a lot more control over it but the last few days have just been manic, I'm going to have to try and come up with a strategy to continue the plan despite what work throws at me. Who said this was going to be easy!

Sounds like you have had a hectic week at work, so don't feel to bad about falling off the wagon a little. Maybe looks at taking things you can eat on the move at work so you can eat your lunch on the go rather than miss it out altogether and end up eating too much at the end of the day.
Thank you thank you thank you ! Why? I never though to check whether or not I had broken the 300 barrier and thanks to your post I checked -and I have . Ages ago! Losing the weight is easy -it's dieting that's the problem! You'll get there -and the drinking bit is just 'real life' getting in the way .A healthy eating programme is for good so the more you get over such challenges the more you'll succeed .Go for it !
Good for you Cymrawes, I'm sure I won't be far behind you going into the 200's! I'm in it for the long term, I know it's going to take a while, this is a blip, one I know the reason for so it'll be water off a ducks back. Let myself get excited about tomorrow's weigh in earlier in the week, if nit doesn't happen this week then next week I will succeed.
