Morning everyone.

Since starting weight loss programme 4 weeks ago have lost about 4 pounds.

Not had a good weekend because house full of visiting family and so full of food I really should not be looking at ,never mind eating!

Friday I was 12. :2:4 today I have gone back to 13:3,but at least I know why it has moved up and it really was a great weekend with our local village carnival and seeing grandchildren from far away,.

Anyway hope everyone has a good week and that Wimbledon and Summer will keep us all happy and focused. After all the terrible happenings of early Summer we all need a lift.

Well done for keeping an eye on the bigger picture, Tullia. The fact that you've lost those 4lbs, is the thing to remember, not worrying about a blip on the scales after a wonderful weekend with family :)

Here's to a great week :)

4lb is really decent - well done. Get straight back on it and the weekend won't matter. I only struggle when I let a blip change my habits. Have a great week. Hopefully it will be a sunny one... (sorry if I have now jinxed that!) 😎

Not such a bad weight gain after a weekend full on. I faltered at the weekend too but there was no excuse of visitors or anything just me feeling hungry and no will power. I am nervous when I weigh in on WWW. But like moreless wrote its only a blip and they are okay as long as they are not a long blop:) Have a great sunny week fingers crossed:))

Yes a slight blip is different from using it as an excuse to throw it all away

Thanks for that.

Trouble is I have been starving all day trying hard not to give in but haven't really succeeded!Still, tomorrow's another day .

A couple of weetabix or soup might be satisfying or maybe some fruit.

Hello,Jennilou,

Have you not heard of the one and only Sir Andrew Murray, reigning king of Wimbledon?

I only know because he is forever being interviewed.I am not a tennis fan.

However,to more important matters:I have been so good today, food wise!

I have tried really hard,so hope the scales will be kind to me tomorrow morning!

Keep trying
