I bought myself a food diary. As I seemed to lose a lot more weight writing down what I have eaten, then finding out the syn value and calories. So hopefully I'll be giving Beyoncé a run for her money.
So if anyone's struggling try writing down your food intake not skipping anything out.

This is Absolutely the key to being accountable for our food intake Fatpanther 😀 I also write down my measurements, body fat % changes and any other Non Scale Victories such as dress size, these all help to motivate 😀
I find I can't keep track of how much I've eaten without a written record either. As soon as I stop the "just one more won't hurt" mind-set seems to set in and I then eat far too much! I'm using MFP this time around and finding it works pretty well. Also, I like free!
terrifically smart idea there fatpanther! I know when I was writing down everything honestly I was eating, I was shocked and could see many many places I could eat differently and feel better about myself as well as physically. I am going to start my diary again, thanks for the great idea!
