Hi guys, this is first time i tried dieting in my entire life. I have found that by calorie counting and cycling 20-30 minutes a day on an indoor bike ive definetely seen results. ( Remember if your gonna cycle the key is 2 minutes at a good pace and then 1 minute hard pace and so on untill you finish your set time ). I was 88 kilos on the 15th of may and today i weigh 81.1 kilos. :) I hope this post encourages anyone and im here for advice if i can give it. Thank you....
